The Avengers - Who Will Play The Hulk?

Now that the dust has started to settle with regards to Edward Norton being dropped from Joss Whedon's Avengers project the rumor mill has started to spit out candidates to take over the role of Bruce Banner.

Here are some of the names that I've heard so far. I want to preface this and say that none of these are my ideas. If we soon don't have an answer as to who may take over the mantle I will start throwing my ideas out there.

-> Adrien Brody (Predators)

-> Brad Pitt (Moneyball)

-> Mark Ruffalo (The Kids Are All Right)

-> Joaquin Pheonix (Walk the Line)

-> David Tennant (The New Doctor Who)

The rumors I'm hearing say that Ruffalo may be nearing confirmation on the role, but I'll believe it when I see it in an official announcement.

So, who do you want to see as The Hulk?
